1. Patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms 24 hours prior to appointment.
2. Consent forms will be sent and signed via patient portal prior to all appointments.
3. Credit Cards will be added to client wallet when appointment is confirmed to ensure contactless checkouts.
4. All patients will be required to wear a face mask or covering upon entering and during their treatment.
5. Patients will not be allowed to bring visitors with them to their scheduled appointment.
6. Patients must wait in their vehicle or outside the facility until instructed to come in via text or phone call.
7. Patients will get their temperature taken and given hand sanitizer before entering.
8. Enhanced sanitization and cleaning practices will be in place between each patient.
9. Before leaving, patients will remain in procedure rooms and escorted out by provider.
