SPA Policies

Please take some time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve you.

Scheduling – Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.

Please arrive 15-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session.

Arrival – Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation fee can apply. Please see our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy – Kindly provide us with a 48-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Canceling multiple services, packages, or Parties of 2 or more require 72-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time will incur a $100 cancellation fee per service.

A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

Service Refund Policy – Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates – Expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be replace if lost or stolen. Gift Cards / Gift Certificates will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.

Product Return/Refund Policy – If you are unhappy with a product purchased, please return the unused (unopened) item with a dated receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange the item or issue store credit. Due to health regulations, we cannot take back, buy back or refund any opened, used products or items. We accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur or we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases.

Pricing Disclaimer – All prices may be changed any time without notice. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices and our service prices at any time without notice.

Payment Options & tipping – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash. Financing options are available. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. Service pricing does not include tips.

Group Bookings – We are more than happy to host your special event as time allows. Parties that meet a minimum of 6 guests receive exclusive discounts on our products and treatments. Please contact us for details!
