- Consent forms will be sent and signed via patient portal prior to all appointments.
- Credit Cards will be added to client wallet when appointment is confirmed to ensure contactless checkouts.
- All patients will be required to wear a face mask or covering upon entering and during their treatment.
- Patients will not be allowed to bring visitors with them to their scheduled appointment.
- Patients must wait in their vehicle or outside the facility until instructed to come in via text or phone call.
- Patients will get their temperature taken and given hand sanitizer before entering.
- Enhanced sanitization and cleaning practices will be in place between each patient.
- Before leaving, patients will remain in procedure rooms and escorted out by provider.
